Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of sliced green onions
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  • 2. Add the sliced mushrooms and green onions to the pot and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
  • 3. While the vegetables are cooking, boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
  • 4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and set them aside.
  • 5. In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil and chili oil over medium heat.
  • 6. Add the shredded chicken to the pan and cook until heated through.
  • 7. Add the cooked noodles to the pot with the vegetables and broth.
  • 8. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 9. Divide the ramen into bowls and top each bowl with a boiled egg.
  • 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
