Ingredients
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup of sliced green onions
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 cup of shredded chicken
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- 2. Add the sliced mushrooms and green onions to the pot and let them cook for about 5 minutes.
- 3. While the vegetables are cooking, boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
- 4. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and set them aside.
- 5. In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil and chili oil over medium heat.
- 6. Add the shredded chicken to the pan and cook until heated through.
- 7. Add the cooked noodles to the pot with the vegetables and broth.
- 8. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Divide the ramen into bowls and top each bowl with a boiled egg.
- 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
