Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup grated radishes
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in grated radishes.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
