Ingredients

  • 2 lbs canned whole potatoes, drained and cubed
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
