Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
  • Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
