Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
