Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Heat the ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
