Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh sage

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Reserved pasta water as needed
