Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (12 ounces) graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the pumpkin puree and whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  • Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mixture and chopped pecans over the top.
