- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 grain-free tortillas (such as Siete brand)
- 1 cup shredded dairy-free cheese (such as Violife brand)
