Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 4 grain-free tortillas (such as Siete brand)
  • 1 cup shredded dairy-free cheese (such as Violife brand)

Directions
