  • 1/2 cup quinoa, rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
