- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
