Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg, honey, and vanilla extract.
