Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, applesauce, almond milk, and eggs.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
