Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, applesauce, almond milk, and eggs.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Pour batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
