Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
