Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Form dough into a ball and place on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Roll out dough to desired thickness and shape.
- Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut out desired shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
