Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together honey, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the pastries to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
