Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together honey, almond butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the pastries to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
