Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup mint chutney
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, black beans, and quinoa.
  • Add the chopped red onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, mint, and roasted peanuts.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, plain yogurt, chaat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • Pour the dressing over the chaat and mix well.
