Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup mint chutney
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas, black beans, and quinoa.
- Add the chopped red onion, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, mint, and roasted peanuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, plain yogurt, chaat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the chaat and mix well.
