Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 whole wheat lasagne noodles
- 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook turkey, onion, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink.

Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Reduce to simmer for 10 minutes.

Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and cool.

Spread 1 cup of the turkey mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer with 4 noodles, 1/3 of cottage cheese mix, and 1/3 of mozzarella.
