Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Spoon batter into a greased donut pan.
