Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
