Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner about 3/4 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool before serving.
