Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner about 3/4 full with the batter.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  • Allow the cupcakes to cool before serving.
