Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
