Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the almond milk, honey, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
