Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour, coconut sugar, and salt.
  • Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until a dough forms.
