Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour, coconut sugar, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until a dough forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut dough into rectangles and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until poptarts are firm to the touch.
- Let cool completely before serving.
