- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together oats and protein powder.
- 3. In a separate bowl, mix together almond butter and honey.
- 4. Add almond butter mixture to oat mixture and stir until well combined.
- 5. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using).
- 6. Press mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
- 9. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
