  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the protein powder, whole wheat flour, honey, almond milk, Greek yogurt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
