Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, honey, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
