Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the protein powder, whole wheat flour, honey, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  • If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts.
  • Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
