  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
