Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 eggplant
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Peel and dice the potatoes, tomatoes, and eggplant.
