Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the potatoes into long, thin strands.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Add the spiralized potatoes and toss until well coated.
- Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them out in a single layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot.
