  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Optional toppings: grated Parmesan, chopped fresh herbs
