Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
