Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 skewers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Add pork to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
