Ingredients

- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 skewers
