- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cup coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix together barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it, making sure it's coated on all sides.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
