Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak
 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
 - 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
 - 1/4 cup chopped red onion
 - 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
 - Season flank steak with salt and pepper.
 - Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
 - Remove steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
 - Spread pizza sauce over the top of the steak.
 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese, black olives, green bell pepper, and red onion over the pizza sauce.
 - Return steak to the grill and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
 - While the steak is cooking, toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
 - Grill asparagus for 3-4 minutes per side, or until tender and lightly charred.
 - Slice steak against the grain and serve with grilled asparagus.
