Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup béchamel sauce (optional)
