Ingredients

  • 1 pound of fresh salmon fillets
  • 1 pound of fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a large baking dish, combine the salmon, shrimp, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the seafood evenly.
  • Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the seafood in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped herbs over the top of the seafood.
  • Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
