Ingredients
- 1 pound of fresh salmon fillets
- 1 pound of fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large baking dish, combine the salmon, shrimp, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the seafood evenly.
- Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the seafood in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chopped herbs over the top of the seafood.
- Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
