Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the applesauce, maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract.
