Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the peach halves in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Stir until well mixed.
- Spoon the brown sugar mixture over the peach halves, making sure to coat them evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, cold butter cubes, rolled oats, and salt. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the peaches in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
