Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 2 cups of fresh or frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of pine nuts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the peas, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, basil leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
