Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 cups of fresh or frozen peas
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of pine nuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the peas, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, garlic, basil leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
