Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, boiled and mashed
- 1 cup green peas, boiled and mashed
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons pav bhaji masala
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- 8 pav (bread rolls)
- 2 tablespoons butter for toasting
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
