Ingredients

  • 1 pound pastrami
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the pastrami to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes per side.
  • While the pastrami is cooking, spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
