Ingredients

  • 1 pound pastrami, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices rye bread
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

    Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.

    Warm the pastrami in the skillet, cooking each side for about 2-3 minutes until heated through.

    Spread yellow mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
