Ingredients
- 1 pound pastrami
- 8 slices rye bread
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the pastrami to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 3 minutes per side.
- While the pastrami is cooking, spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
