Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour to the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk to the butter and flour mixture, whisking constantly.
- Continue to cook the sauce until it thickens and comes to a simmer.
