Ingredients

  • 1 pound whole wheat pasta
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook turkey, onion, and garlic over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink.
  • Stir in tomatoes and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
