- 80 grams chopped red onion
- 80 grams chopped celery
- 80 grams chopped red bell pepper
- 80 grams chopped green bell pepper
- 80 grams chopped cucumber
- 80 grams chopped carrot
- 15 grams chopped fresh parsley
