  • 120 ml mayonnaise
  • 60 ml red wine vinegar
  • 15 ml Dijon mustard
  • 5 grams sugar
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 gram black pepper
  • 80 grams chopped red onion
  • 80 grams chopped celery
  • 80 grams chopped red bell pepper
  • 80 grams chopped green bell pepper
  • 80 grams chopped cucumber
  • 80 grams chopped carrot
  • 15 grams chopped fresh parsley
