Ingredients

  • 250 grams paneer, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 18-20 cashews, soaked
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves), crushed
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Directions
