Ingredients
- 1 block of paneer, cubed
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- 1/2 cup of tomato puree
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp of oil
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are cooked through.
- Add the paneer and spices and stir well.
- Add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the heavy cream and stir well.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
