Ingredients

  • 1 block of paneer, cubed
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1 tsp of coriander powder
  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp of garam masala
  • 1/2 cup of tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of oil

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the onions and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.
  • Add the mushrooms and sauté until they are cooked through.
  • Add the paneer and spices and stir well.
  • Add the tomato puree and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream and stir well.
  • Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  • Serve hot with rice or naan.
