  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped, for garnish
