Ingredients
- 1 block of paneer, cubed
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
- Add garlic and tomatoes, cook until tomatoes are soft.
- Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder, cook for another minute.
- Add paneer and chickpeas, stir well to combine.
- Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
