Ingredients

  • 1 block of paneer, cubed
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent.
