  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped herring

Instructions
