Ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
  • 1/4 cup honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the semolina, sugar, yogurt, melted butter, milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • If desired, sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top and drizzle with honey.
