- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the semolina, sugar, yogurt, melted butter, milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top and drizzle with honey.
- Cut into squares or diamond shapes and serve warm or at room temperature.
