Ingredients

  • 1 lb paneer, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add the cumin seeds and cook until they start to sizzle.
  • Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili and cook until the onion is translucent.
  • Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt and cook for 1-2 minutes.
