Ingredients
- 1 lb paneer, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the cumin seeds and cook until they start to sizzle.
- Add the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili and cook until the onion is translucent.
- Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the paneer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
